Charlie learned his business education via the school “hard knocks.” Owning a small business 1972 to 1985 he has witnessing firsthand the “good, bad an ugly” of the insurance industry and wall street. Charlie decided to begin a career in financial services in 1986 working with business owners and medical community. In the 1990s his team developed “A Course in Estate Planning” a seminar series working with attorneys in southwest Florida.

Charlie holds professional designations, CEP, MCEP and QKA. He holds many financial and insurance licenses and certifications. Originally from Zionsville Indiana, he and his wife have resided in Lakewood Ranch for 25 years with kids and grandkids sprinkled around Florida. He has served on numerous non-profit boards: Manatee County Girls Softball, National Kidney Foundation, Lakewood Ranch Community Fund, Lakewood Ranch YMCA and Young Life East Manatee.
